Retail & Franchise · 2025
A 42-store identity rollout produced, packed and installed in nine weeks.
New visual identity translated into window graphics, in-store signage and seasonal kits, then shipped store by store with installation teams.
The brief
What made it difficult.
The network had grown faster than its brand. Every store had improvised its own signage, and the seasonal campaign was arriving in nine weeks with no production files, no measurements and no installation plan.

Approach
How we handled it.
01
Survey before design
We measured all 42 storefronts and catalogued glass, lighting and fixing constraints into a single production matrix.
02
One system, four store formats
Instead of 42 bespoke layouts, the identity was built as a grid that scales across four standard shopfront widths.
03
Kitted per store
Each store received a numbered box: graphics, fixings, an installation sheet and a photo checklist for validation.
04
Rolling installation
Two teams worked in geographic waves, so no store lost more than half a trading day.
