How we work
Six steps between a constraint and something installed.
Faculty runs one process across every department: strategy, planning, design, production, deployment and follow-up. The same team carries the decision from the first audit to the photo record on site.
The process
Jump to a step.

01 — Strategy
We start with the decision, not the deliverable.
Before anything is drawn we agree on what the brand says, to whom, and what result counts as success. Audit, audience segmentation, message architecture and the constraints that will shape production — budget, deadline, sites, languages.
Typical duration1–2 weeks
What you receive
- Audit & competitive read
- Positioning statement
- Message hierarchy
- Success metrics
02 — Planning
A calendar written backwards from the installation date.
We plan from the immovable date — the opening, the trade show, the show night — and work backwards through installation, delivery, printing, proofing and approval. Every lot has a named owner and a cut-off. Nothing enters production without measurements.
Typical duration3–5 days
What you receive
- Scope & detailed quote
- Production calendar
- Site survey & measurements
- Approval checkpoints
03 — Design
Design that already knows its material.
Concepts are presented in context — on the storefront, on the LED wall, on the stand — with the substrate, contrast and reading distance already specified. Accessibility and legibility are checked at this stage, when changes are still free.
Typical duration2–4 weeks
What you receive
- Creative concepts in context
- Design system & templates
- Production-ready artwork
- Material & finish specification
04 — Production
We produce what we designed, in-house wherever it matters.
Printing, signage, stand build, screen configuration and content encoding happen against the approved specification, with proofs and physical samples before volume. Each batch is checked, numbered and packed per site so installation is a sequence, not a search.
Typical duration1–6 weeks
What you receive
- Proofs & physical samples
- Production run & QC report
- Kitting per site
- Logistics & delivery plan
05 — Deployment
On site, on the date, with the plan in hand.
Our teams install, configure and commission: graphics fitted, screens calibrated and scheduled, stands built, stages rigged, staff briefed. Each location closes with a photo record and a signed checklist so you can see the result without being there.
Typical duration1 day – 3 weeks
What you receive
- Installation & commissioning
- On-site coordination & staffing
- Photo record per location
- Signed handover checklist
06 — Follow-up
The campaign is not finished when it is installed.
We report against the metrics agreed in strategy, refresh screen content remotely, restock printed items and maintain hardware. What we learn is written back into the design system, so the next season starts further ahead than the last one.
Typical durationOngoing
What you receive
- Performance report
- Remote content updates
- Reprints & restocking
- Hardware maintenance & next-cycle plan
