Hospitality & Tourism · 2025
Eleven sites, one screen network, content updated from a single desk.
Digital totems and LED panels installed across lobbies and terraces, driven by a shared playlist system and a template library the group updates itself.
The brief
What made it difficult.
Each site improvised its own posters and TV slides. Prices contradicted the website, seasonal offers ran two months late, and nobody could say what was playing where.

Approach
How we handled it.
01
Audit the light, not the screens
Terrace brightness and lobby glare dictated panel choice site by site — indoor screens outdoors was the previous mistake.
02
Templates, not files
Ten locked templates keep typography and pricing layouts consistent whoever edits them.
03
Playlists by zone and hour
Breakfast, lunch, apéritif and event modes switch automatically per site.
04
Trained the teams
Two half-day sessions plus a one-page guide; the group has run the network alone since.
